Cancellation Policy

## Booking & Scheduling Policy Tutoring sessions are scheduled by appointment only and must be booked in advance based on current availability. A reserved session time is held specifically for your child once confirmed. Monthly tutoring plans reserve recurring session times and are billed in advance to secure placement. Session availability may vary for virtual and in-person library sessions. --- ## Payment Policy Payment is required prior to the scheduled session or billing cycle. Single sessions must be paid in full before the session begins. Monthly tutoring plans must be paid before the start of the monthly service period to maintain recurring placement. Failure to submit payment may result in loss of reserved scheduling. --- ## Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or request rescheduling. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be forfeited and may not qualify for rescheduling. Repeated short-notice cancellations may result in loss of recurring scheduling priority. --- ## No-Show Policy If a student does not attend a scheduled session without notice, the session will be counted as completed and is non-refundable. For virtual sessions, if a student is absent after 10 minutes without communication, the session will be marked missed. For in-person sessions, late arrival beyond 10 minutes without notice may result in session cancellation. --- ## Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals do not extend session time. If a student arrives late, the remaining session time will be used as scheduled. --- ## Virtual Session Expectations Students should join virtual sessions prepared, with needed materials available and distractions minimized as much as possible. A stable internet connection is required for virtual instruction. --- ## In-Person Session Expectations Library sessions require timely arrival and parent responsibility for transportation. Parents or guardians must remain reachable during in-person sessions. --- ## Communication Policy Clear parent communication is provided regarding progress, concerns, and recommendations. Tutoring is designed to support growth, consistency, and confidence through intentional instruction tailored to student needs.
