📚 Educational Use Policy

All products from Create, Learn, Grow are intended for personal and educational use only.

✔️ Permitted Use:

  • Use within your household or with your own children

  • Use in a single classroom by the original purchaser (if you want to allow this — remove if not)

  • Print materials for personal use as needed

  • Reuse printed and laminated materials for ongoing instruction

❌ Prohibited Use:

  • Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing any part of this product

  • Sharing files with others (including colleagues, friends, or online groups)

  • Uploading files to websites, shared drives, social media, or marketplaces

  • Using this product for commercial purposes without written permission

  • Mass reproduction for multiple classrooms, schools, or programs without purchasing additional licenses

📦 Shipping, Delivery & Processing Policy (Physical Products)

📬 Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

🚚 Shipping Time:

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S.), depending on the carrier.

📍 Shipping Details:

  • Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout

  • A tracking number will be sent once your order has shipped

⚠️ Important:

Create, Learn, Grow is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Issue Resolution

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

📌 If there is an issue with your order:

You must contact us within 24 hours of confirmed delivery if your item arrives:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will review and determine an appropriate resolution (replacement or correction).

Create, Learn, Grow is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

💻 Digital Product Policy

All digital products sold by Create, Learn, Grow are non-editable, non-refundable, and delivered electronically.

📩 Delivery:

  • Upon purchase, you will receive a download link via email

  • Your files will also be available on the order confirmation (Thank You) page

  • Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout

⚠️ Refunds & Exchanges:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us and we will assist you.

  • This is a non-editable digital file

  • No physical item will be shipped

  • Files are intended for use as designed and cannot be modified

Create, Learn Grow Services Policies

🗓️ Booking & Payment Policy

All services must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. Sessions are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and are not held without payment.

All purchases are considered final once booked.

🔄 Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that schedules can change.

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Requests made less than 24 hours before the session are not guaranteed

  • Same-day cancellations will result in loss of the session

Create, Learn, Grow reserves the right to approve or deny rescheduling requests.

❌ No-Show Policy

Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show.

  • No-shows are non-refundable

  • No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling

⏰ Late Arrival Policy

A 10-minute grace period is allowed.

  • If you arrive within 10 minutes → session continues as scheduled

  • If you arrive after 10 minutes → session may be shortened or canceled

  • Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival

This ensures fairness for all scheduled clients.

🚨 Session Conduct & Behavior Policy

Create, Learn, Grow is committed to maintaining a productive and respectful learning environment.

Sessions may be ended early without refund if:

  • The learner refuses to participate

  • There is excessive disruption or distraction

  • Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior occurs

For younger learners, parent/guardian support may be required during sessions to ensure engagement and success.

👨‍👩‍👧 Parent/Client Responsibility

Success in any educational service requires consistency, effort, and support.

By booking a service, you acknowledge that:

  • You (or your learner) will actively participate

  • You will provide a supportive learning environment when needed

  • You understand that learning continues outside of sessions

📊 Results Disclaimer (No Guarantee of Outcomes)

Create, Learn, Grow provides tools, strategies, and guided instruction to support learning.

However:

  • We do not guarantee specific academic results or outcomes

  • Success depends on the learner’s effort, consistency, participation, and retention

  • We cannot control individual learning behaviors or engagement

💳 Refund Policy

All service bookings are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Missed sessions

  • No-shows

  • Late arrivals

  • Completed sessions

Time and preparation are reserved specifically for each client.

💻 Technology & Access

All virtual sessions are conducted via Zoom (unless otherwise stated).

Clients are responsible for:

  • Having a stable internet connection

  • Access to a working device (computer/tablet)

  • Joining sessions on time using provided links

Technical difficulties on the client’s end do not qualify for refunds.

📚 Service Scope

Each service is designed for a specific purpose:

  • Early Learning Plans: Guided activities for ages 2–5

  • Kindergarten Readiness: Foundational skills preparation

  • K–6 Tutoring: Targeted academic support

  • Study Sessions: Short-term academic help (not ongoing tutoring)

  • Homeschool Support: Planning, structure, and guidance

Services are not interchangeable unless explicitly stated.
